Return & Refund Policy

At RK Enterprises, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are intact
- The product is not physically damaged due to misuse
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, activated, or used
- Software licenses and digital products
- Custom-configured or made-to-order equipment
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at info@rkinterprises.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number
- Pack the product securely and ship it to our address with the RA number clearly marked on the package
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank transfer for COD orders)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when raising the return request.
5. Replacement
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/video of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you
We take full responsibility for items damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped.
